• Customers may return or request a replacement for any eligible product within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

• To initiate a return or replacement, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for return.

• Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

• Once the return is approved and received, we will issue a replacement or refund within 7 business days.

2. Warranty (6 Months Standard)

• All SSAuto products come with a 6-month standard warranty from the date of purchase.

• The warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal usage.

• It does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

• Claims must be supported with a valid proof of purchase and may require inspection of the item.

3. Order Cancellation and Restocking Fee

• Orders may be cancelled before shipping. If cancelled after dispatch or return initiated post-shipping, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after deduction of applicable fees.
